These Seto ware ceramics feature a calm and elegant Japanese pattern. The textured patterns, applied by hand, give them a unique, antique-like feel.

It's a pasta plate, but it's also the perfect size for fish.

Ideally, you should change the dishes to match the tableware, but we also considered the size and ease of use. For example, this pasta plate is slightly smaller, making it perfect for fish dishes as well. We aimed for a design that can be used in a variety of ways without any hassle.

A calm and sophisticated design that can be used every day.

The subtle patterns are created by mixing slip and paint to give them a three-dimensional effect. The lines in the floral patterns are created by scratching. This meticulous handiwork and antique-style glaze give the pieces a rich texture, adding a touch of elegance to your everyday meals.

This generously sized mug is perfect not only for coffee but also as a soup cup.

It's easy to hold and not too heavy, making it easy for women to carry as well. Its simple design makes it easy to wash and use.

I put cabbage on the croquettes, and added a tomato for a little color.

It's the perfect size for serving fish, and even fried foods – it's not too big and very practical.

Shinano Workshop Tour – Event Announcement

This event takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn, when pottery studios and workshops in the Shinano district of Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, open their workshops to the public. In addition to selling works, visitors can tour the workshops, participate in hands-on activities and workshops, and interact with the artisans.
