Basic policy on the proper handling of individual numbers and specific personal information

Our company complies with the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures" (hereinafter referred to as the "My Number Act"), the "Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Businesses)", the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), and the guidelines of each ministry and agency regarding the handling of individual numbers and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Personal Information, etc.").
